Not being much of a fan of over weathered aircraft models I wanted to do something very different than usual and finish and weather one of my models as a sun faded derelict aircraft in postwar Germany at one of the many aircraft graveyards in 1945/46.

Very nice, interesting idea. I have seen one or two diorama's with crashed or ransacked aircraft and its something the appeals.

Thanks Paddy and Moon Puppy!

I want to do another Fw 190 like this one except in 1/32 scale, the larger Hasegawa kit will make adding battle damage and wear and tear much easier to do plus the Hasegawa kit is much more accurate too.

Looks awesome. It certainly is different that a clean build. I cant wait to see what you do in 1/32. The possabilities are staggering. (y) (y) (y)

Thank you James!

The 1/32 scale derelict Fw 190 will not be built this year, I need to buy another Hasegawa kit first. I only have one left in my stash and don't want to use it for this purpose.
