Hey look at me! Yeah I'm building. I did @Big10 and @Mo_ dry brush technique on the engine block. I'm not sure if that's the right color for a Japanese motor but it's what I did. For the BlueGreen I did RAF cockpit interior and oversprayed it with Tamiya's transparent blue. Is it right? I don't know. I made an effort.

Sorry to hear that Bob! I have been there pretty much the last year and once this build is done I am probably going to be back off the model bench again for a while.
 
Well blew this one.
I have a doctors excuse. Wife took a spill and broke her knee cap and several other things so I've been doing the care giving for the last 3 weeks now. I'll finish it sometime but not soon.
 
The joys of wearing multi-hats, chief cook and bottlewasher, chauffer, lady's maid, housekeeper, laundry maid, etc. Been there and done that. Remember to take some time for yourself. You don't do either of you any good if you run yourself into the ground.

Thank you very much Rich.
Cindy and I were primary care givers to her brother and mother for over 15 years till they both passed away 2 years ago. She didn't get much personal time back then and we've been making up for it since she retired and we moved away.
And TBH, I've always been the chief if I wanna eat!! :rotf
