Model Motorcars Ltd website was down when I tried to access it over the last few days.
Reason being that they went into voluntary dissolution on March 18th 2026 after trading for 25 years plus.
Why is not known to this poster.
The company specialised in tutorial books, CD's and after market improvement parts for the old Rivarossi and current Hornby Pocher car kits.

Too bad. I have several of the old Pocher car kits and had intended on buying some of their upgrades. I guess it is time to finally release those kits to the wild.

Heavens Eagle. I have a Pocher original Mercedes kit and a Rolls 'Bitsa' ( radiator. chassis, engine and running gear etc.) that would offer a parts scratch build opportunity.
Cannot get the enthusiasm to build either though !
What Pochers do you have also to release to the wild out of curiosity?

I have the red Alpha Romeo race car, the 540 Mercedes, and the Rolls Royce coupe. Had more but I sold them years ago. The kits are complete and unbuilt. The Mercedes box is a little the worse for wear, but all the parts are inventoried and accounted for.
