It just says 2nd Armor 1942, but by the look of the kids and trees in back ground I would say this is during some of the peace time maneuvers.

Also note the white stars with the red dots in the center. I would guess pre war, but only barely.

The 37mm barrel looks like it's painted with some stripes.

Yes they can be, but the length and link tracks in the kit won't allow it.

I knew it wouldn't take you long to come up with a "next"! Those kids look like they are all into this. That would really top this off if you had a few of those eager future "tankers" in the mix.
