It just says 2nd Armor 1942, but by the look of the kids and trees in back ground I would say this is during some of the peace time maneuvers.

Like Paul said and I'm sure you know that insignia is prewar.
Are you going to make this scene?
The 37mm barrel looks like it's painted with some stripes.
 
How did the tracks go,I read that they may not be the right length,made me think of looming at after markets

I knew it wouldn't take you long to come up with a "next"! Those kids look like they are all into this. That would really top this off if you had a few of those eager future "tankers" in the mix.
