Nice but since I like to think big, the 10 x 10" work area is kinda small and for that amount of money I could get a better milling machine or bigger lathe, both of which would see more use.

A decent mill is a nice tool to have. Mine was only so-so until I added the digital readout quills. That topped it!

Must Be nice to have all them Purdy Tools .... :drool ... ldguy ... One day Maybe ... :hmmm .... Oh wait a Minute My Friend that does the 1.6 trains has a machine Shop ..... & casting pits ....

This Box Car will be about 5' 3" when finished or 64" .... He builds Steam Engines also .....

As to the laser cutter, I would do some looking around before buying any more tools from Micro. Just some things I have found out about some stuff "after the fact".
