Introduction

Tim,
Welcome aboard (Yup that's a nautical term). I only did
24 years in Uncle Sams' Canoe Club. I also spend a
week there one day (29 stumps).
You will enjoy it there, if you like that kind of place?
I spend a lot of time with Grunts and Force Recon and
almost got to drive a USMC M-60 tank, but my CO wouldn't
let me. Was also suppose to go up and drive some Amtracs
at Pendleton, but again got shot down. Such is life right? :idonno
Anyways, I'm sure your knowledge of those beasts will come
in handy to those that build that new fangle stuff. I'm a
Soviet WW-II armor guy, I love the big beefy stuff they
used against the Facist hordes. :silly: .
Good to have you on board, enjoy. Love the picture.
Like the guys said, make sure you join in on some of the group
builds and post some pictures.
After you load them into your gallery, you can open a new
topic in the tanks section and show off some of your German
armor builds. We'll be waiting.

Welcome to a great site. Cool pic of the M1. At least now I'll know who to go to when I change stripes and build my M1. Soo different than WWII German stuff
