I don't get Fruilmodel tracks.

I decided to strip the paint off this 1/48 Panzer IV, I added fruilmodel tracks to it.When I put them on,the tracks were primed and painted. They had a tight fit. Now that the paint and primer are stripped off,this happened.

I really think that these tracks shrink when primer and paint are added. :idonno
