How to store long styrene

I don't know which forum this belongs in, so please move to the appropriate one if it is wrong. I am accumulating a good bit of styrene rod, tunes, I-beams, etc. How do you guys store these so that they are easy to find? Right now, I have them stacked on my table and I rifle through the entire stack to find the "one" thing I am looking for. There HAS to be a better way. May I see yours?

Mine are hanging up on my pegboard in rows ..
The wall behind the cold weather workbench (laundry room) has nail polish holders being used as paint jar holders. Each shelf can hold a paint jar 1.5 inches deep (or diameter) by 3.5 inches tall (except for the top one which doesn't have a limit other than your ceiling). $38USD shipped from Amazon: click to buy

The warm weather workbench (garage) reused my son's corkboards and push pins hold up whatever is needed, be they instructions, or items in envelopes. $7USD each shipped from Amazon. Pushpins, included, can be used as pegs: click to buy
