Hello all:

I'm new to the site. Iron Mike is a good friend of mine. We became friends when he used to call Iowa his home. I gotta say I was shocked to see Iron Mike modelling armor!! I became friends when he was on the dark side. A prolific car modeler. A very good one at that. He almost converted me. He still drives around in the 1952 Ford F1 I sold him. LOL

I was a member of the Plastic Surgeons IPMS Des Moines. Now I reside in Coralville Iowa and belong to the Alexander Lippisch "Fartin'Fleas" IPMS Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I'll let the guys know about the site.

Well anyway, this is the first forum based website I have ever joined. It will take awhile to get used to it. I will be posting some of my work in the near future. Great site

Holy Cow, Bob you know Big Al? Isn't it a small world?? Flickinflocker, it IS good to hear from you again! You will fit right in here. Folks,this guy is VERY talented, but he's pretty hard on himself, striving for perfection. I always thought his models were top shelf and my son and I spent many long Iowa winter Saturday afternoons building at his kitchen table. Those were the days!
