Hataka paints question

What are Hakata paints like? How do they dry, flat, semi . gloss? Are they as good as tamiya or Vallejo? How is spray painting?

No help here James, never heard of them.

Sorry about that. Hataka paints are similar to Italeri on the set I tried. You must primer the areas to be painted as the adhesion was not very strong to bare plastic. The set I had were opaque and semi-matte finish but this may be because it was for aircraft.

Thanks Saul. I think I will pass then. Looking for paint for my F-14. Will go with tried and true I think.
