Hasegawa 1/48 P-51D

My guess is the 1977 rendition of the famous 1955 Ramfis Squadron scheme of the Fuerza Aerea Dominicana.

Sadly, I don't know the ID for this one:

This one is FAD 1916:

If you had painted it yellow, it would be FAD 1918:

Or, it would be FAD 1917:

Well done Saul, that's the bird(s), I knew you'd get it. :v
Got the camo done with blobs of blu-tak, could have come out better to be honest but I wanted to try something a little different. Next time flatter blobs or use rubber mask like I was going to do

Decals next.

Note the colors of details like the gun ports, lack of most stencils, and so on. These aircraft were rebuilt in Florida and had their cockpits upgraded with new instruments and a light gray finish.

The elevator trim tab has stencils.

Not one Sharkmouth??
Who are you and what have you done with our Saul!?

:rotf :rotf

Thanks!
Saul, they are from a sheet called Latin American Mustangs I from Aztec Models. I may do at least one other in the future - I like the camouflaged ones fro El Salvador. Good decals as you say but they do need a bit of Sol to go down though as they are a little on the dry side and they were sturdy enough to be able to move about without breaking.

Thanks chaps!
OK this was finished about a week or more ago but my white bulb blew in my lamp so I couldn't take any decent(ish) pics until now. I will freely admit this is not one of my better efforts as I kind of threw it together as part of recent my 2 weeks holiday for my(ahem)40th birthday and world cup warm up - my excuse is that I may not have been entirely sober throughout this build  Speaking of the world cup I think you can see why I did something with a slight South American flavour - btw GO USA! (don't talk to me about England...)
