This is exactly the type of build that kept me from trying AC for years. So clean, so crisp, I can't imagine being able to pull it off.

Very good Mike...they perforrm very well over a smooth surface .

Usually , I get this smooth surface applying a acrylic lacquer varnish ( automotive line )over the painting and decals too .

As I said before they perform well over smooth surfaces...the colors were:

Blue Grey (A.MIG-1613) , for RLM 76 ( undersurfaces) , and

Dark Green Grey ( A.MIG-1608) , for others parts of the plane.
