I got the P-38 up on legs today so I might focus back on this again.
1.5 mm (I think) brass tubes for the exhaust ports, I drilled out the holes a bit to much and had gaps so I put Tamiya putty on the outside of the brass and let it self fill when I inserted them. Couple I've already sanded down seems to be working well, they are sticking in place. Filled in some other gaps on the landing struts and with more rain called for tomorrow, I'll have plenty of time to sand the day away.
Primer on, lots more scrubbin' to do.

Lots of Tamiya Putty. Get those seams closed up then rescribe where needed. MAN I hope those wings end up straight.
