I bumped the Google Meet post on X for model makers across the Globe. I sent IPMS Plastic Surgeons club members a reminder email as well.
Let the genuine, rootin'-tootin', romper-stomper meeting commence!

The photos found on an old backup. I can't get the scanner working but, these will do! Look at the dates! Completed images are from a visit to repair the model. Display (wire hanger wire mount over photo of actual pilot's aircraft in Cypriot War).

Yeah it would have been oh dark 30 for you west coast guys. We'll make the next one later in the day, maybe alternate these calls to facilitate our members and needs.

What fun this was! I even poured the first 1/700 US Navy Fleet Snorkel/GUPPY IIa submarine castings while we chatted!
Yes! I had pants on. Welcome to IPMS Plastic Surgeon and long-time friend, Dave Bettis!

It was great chatting with ya’all. Then a transformer blew when a truck ran into the pole! Drunk driver at that hour!
