I'm a little American fish in a Big American Pond, but I would have shipped new ones, (after I inspected them) right away at NO charge in the USA.
I had a contamination problem with MoldMax 10 that the tech guys (a woman) at Reynolds and I couldn't figure out. They sent me brand new, fresh RTV on the house. THEN Reynolds Materials decided to ship trial size packages to smaller users for free!
Color me DE-LIGHTED!!
