Future - Pledge One Go - Hows your stocks ??

I have been chasing Pledge one go ( Future ) for some months, here in Australia, an early post:

UPDATE;
after phoning the toll free number on the pledge one go (( Future)) bottle and getting a '' we will reply to you as soon as we can''

which resulted in NO Replys,

the good wife got another contact phone number from the web.

She was told by Pledge company direct that this product is still in production, it has not been discontinued.

There is a shortage of Pledge One Go and it will be once again available for sale at local supermarkets in late September.

So good news.



Now the latest -

NEW UPDATE

Well it seems that Pledge One Go may never be produced in Australia again.

The good wife contacted the company again today ( Friday Nov 25 ) and was told there is a problem getting one of the ingredients that go into this product.

The Pledge company stated they did not know when this would be made again..

So fellow modellers if your stocks are low I would suggest go out and grab what you can, unlike me I didn't know this was going to happen here.

I have this here but it's not as good /strong adhesive strength as Future/One Go.

I find it peels off very easily.

There is a new Alclad product which many now use instead of Future... I'm not one of them as my Future is still in stock in my home.

I cant find it anywhere in Columbia, only place i havnt been was Sam's Club. I'll use Armor All in places but its just not the same.

Chip check Lowes for the name Pledge with Futureshine, Walmart has it listed on their online store.

AlcladII Klear products are suppose to work the same as Future. I like the Aqua Gloss product, just don't use it on the High Shine metals they have, it dulls it.

Haven't tried it yet, I can give it a go today, don't know why not. I'll let you know how it goes.

Yeah the grocery stores don't seem to carry it anymore but I do see it in the hardware stores...

We no longer have Future available here - I use a product called Vectra, an acrylic wooden floor polish and can recommend it for dipping canopies and as a protective gloss coat. I get it from a flooring shop in town
