Tony are you just dry fitting the boogies or do you have some secret to installing the road wheels?

:popcorn

Pup It's no secret I showed everybody how to do it when I built my M-7 Priest.

I did a search on here but it said NO JOY?????

I glued the boogies together and paint them, Paint the wheels separate and then install them.
If I can't find the post i'll show you how again.

Need to make sure you use the Forum Search and not the Site Search,

Also watch the date range it searches in, defaults to a week.

Something I forgot to show you yesterday was a small kit detail that might strike your fancy.

AND as promised how I can paint the boogies and wheels without having to paint a bunch of individual parts as well as paint the road wheels with complete coverage.

I found the photos from my Priest build, the first shot shows you the completely assembled boogie.

To get the road wheels back on after the boogies and wheels are painted I cut out the center section of the axle leaving a stub shaft on each side, sand off the sharp edges, insert one side of the wheel and spread the arms apart installing the wheel between the short shafts.

Not a new technique but it works for me.

Checking rear deck to side armor plates and the attachment points on the sponsons I found some warping
but a little friendly persuasion should take care of it. :idonno

Have yourself a GREAT weekend folks
