I use my micro torch to burn off dried CA from the stuff i use now. I use Flex-a-file CA Applicator and the heads of sewing needles chucked up in a pin vise.
 
I use an old No. 11 Exacto blade to apply it. I use another exacto blade to remove the hardened CA. It comes right off.

I have used many things from blackhead removers, cut off eyes of needles, and wire loops. The fact this is flat and fits a hobby knife blade means that it will be intuitive to me to precisely place the glue without the mess I get with wires.

To clean, burn it off. Really, flicking it off with the hobby knife works too! I stopped using the hobby knife blade when it rolled on me. No damage luckily!

Might be an interesting tool to check out. THat sure is some dramatic music for a video of somebody gluing something together :rotf
