Codename "Smack" - Spitfire By Night

Applied Lamp Black oil paint and scrubbed it into the surface. Didn't worry about getting an even coat in hopes of starting to get a patchy look. Need to let this sit for a few days to dry.

Looking at the view from behind those exhaust stubs stick out a long way, just thought i would mention it before you fix them :)

Yeah, I haven't seated them properly yet. The fit on this kit is quite tight, any paint on parts that slot together needs to be cleaned off to get a proper fit.
