I had a blast hanging out with my Vermont buddies yesterday at the "local" IPMS show- and Janice tagged along as well. Got to hang out and judge with Dr. Steinman and see some of his pieces in person...

And some of the models in each category that caught my eye-- no word on final counts yet but the Canada traffic was negatively affected as per usual as of late...
Just a couple ships for Rhino's sake...

Cars-- including Herbie and Hopper's ride- with Eggos!

There were dioramas aplenty-- my Ukrainian T-72 wreck got silver in Vignettes...

Figures-- the ones on the velvet plinth were amazing- and the one Samurai on top won Best of Show...

Aircraft-- with 2 Dauntlesses making appearances to boot!

Quite a bit of military vehicles as well...

It's NY's own Frank Baehre...ex-PAFB jet fighter pilot and a stellar modeler. He used to run the MJDesigns hobby department back when I lived in Plattsburgh and that long aisle was better than some hobby shops I've seen...good times!
