Maybe for the RAF but as I passed over Donaldson Center this afternoon I saw at least three on the tarmac in bare metal fresh out of the depot.

Its just the RAF retiring them...or selling them to India ...
I suppose as the Army continues to shrink we have less need for transport. I think things will be restructured or are being restructured and i think NATO will be wound down probably replaced by a European based military alliance. No one is going to forget Bidens withdrawal from Afghanistan where he forgot to tell his supposed best friend and military partner here in the UK
