Bulged tires??

I have some tires for a 1/32 scale Mil 35 Hein helicopter. Not only are they flattened a bit more than you would usually see on an aircraft, but they are also bulged and tilted a bit. These go along with some photos I have of the beasts and it would be a real pain in the can to replicate.

I have been flattening my tires lately to simulate weight. I tried making a slight bulge with a thickly loaded brush and black rubber paint in a swath at the bottom of the tire sides. No totally successful, but would like to add the bulge, yes.
