It has been 4 years since I wore a uniform and.. cough, cough... 20 years since I left the Army for the Air Force :snoopy

I couldn't get my leg in my 20 year old uniform. Cindy saw it one day and was shocked I wore 28 inch britches....

Thanks guys! I just got a uniform at the armory and have to get the usual stuff sewed on... The Militia is under-funded and under staffed so I have 2 SOP's and an after-action report to write, by Tuesday. When I have recent pic of me in uniform, I'l pass it on!

Vis-a-vis sizes... I tried on my 20 year old dress blues and they fit... I was 145 then and 148 now. Two years ago I couldn't get the coat to button... As far as having a 28" waist, MP, I was a 26X29 pant when I enlisted and wore a 34 coat... but then I only weighed 109!

My 25 year old Navy Speedos looked like a thong when I tried them on and I spoke like Mike Tyson!

I screamed bloody murder as I bent over and every hair was ripped out by the elastic! It looked like I caught a Tarantula.

Removing them was emotional as I felt violated...

Anyone need photos of that?

I always look like sad sack in BDUs... Being slender, they just hang on me... I got a pict of me in an equatorial country that no one has ever heard of...from back in the late 70's... OMG!!! I look like your 8 your old nephew playing soldier!
