Just pulled a test pour from the mold (didn't realize it was so dusty until I grabbed the photos):

Thanks Ron.

It's resin. It's darker than usual, I was a little heavy handed while tinting a quart or so. ;)

I just wanted to see if I captured Brad's expression before I get too far with the master. I'll be tightening up the goggles, etc before I do the rest of the kit.

I think you've got him down , looks really , really like Brad .

Look on the bright side , at least it doesn't look like Brad Pitts brother Stu .................. Stu Pitt
I'll be here till Thursday try the veal ..................... tip the waitresses ..........

First attempt at paint on this.

Not really happy with it yet, I'll give it a few more goes. I tried to add some dirt to the lower face with pigments, but it's not pronounced enough.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks Bob.

I'll try the 5 o'clock on the next one (I have a bunch of them after all), I'm afraid he'll end up looking like Emmett Kelly. ;)

I'm still trying to figure out figure painting. Trying to figure out figure photography too.

Well you know we have some great figure painters here on our forum as well as the Figure section that has a lot of detailed WIP and tutorials.

Better pics.

I'll open a thread in the figure forum to get help, etc with progress.
