Ok so I have had a serious Homer Simpson moment!

So I was happily working away on my little KV-2, and I had to go and dee-cide to clean the needle of my Paasche VL Airbrush, as I was trying to lighten the green, and the mix was not right. I was actually tring to mix it in the bowl, but there a 'too llight' bit in front. so I decided to clean the airbursh quickly, and when I removed the needle, for some reason, I DROPPED the airbrush! then, I CAUGHT it in mid-air...and the trigger fell out!! I know I have all the parts, but am clueless as to how to get this thing back together! Well, it's going to be an eduacation moment, or maybe I have to ply an airbrush expert like 'Sir-Pup,' but until then enjoy the Homer moments!

:hmmm If it's anything like a Badger, just set the trigger back in the hole, making sure the notch is foreward & insert the needle... :smack

Oops. When I drop mine, it goes all the way to the cement floor and bends the needle over the cone so you can't remove it. double dooh! (always have 2 sets of spares now )

Like Ed said. ...
If you didn't take anything else apart (like all of the rear components, the trigger will go right back in the way it "flew" out. Just align the slot in the trigger so the needle can pass through.

Judging by the photos you posted of your preshading, it looks like your gray was too thick. Guessing that built up on the needle causing the fouling. Try mixing it thinner next go and see if you get a smoother, less splattery pattern.
