Hello dear friends,
I hope you are all well!
It's been a while since I've been on the forum. A lot has changed, not always for the better: I got a new job, moved, lost my position which was made redundant, moved again, and am now searching for a new job. The last two years have been challenging, to say the least. But all is well. I have quite a few interviews lined up, and perhaps my time in Germany is coming to an end after 25 years. I'll keep you posted.
In any case, I needed to do some modeling to take my mind off all these problems. In the pictures, you can see the beginning of a project involving a Revell 1/72 Avro Lancaster B.Mk.III with PE extras, including flaps, bomb bay, interior, and exterior, as well as the RAF Bomber Set from Airfix. Decals from Xtra-Decal of an Aircraft of the 100. Squadron RAF (PB518 - HW-P) flown by P/O Paul Bunn in 1945.
These are the initial pictures of the cockpit. Comments are always more than welcome. Thanks for watching.
All the best,
Alex
