Here are a pair of Warhammer 40K orks. I based coated them white and painted them with Citadel washes and washes made with Vallejo paints.

Some explanation of the Mini-Me duo is necessary for those (like me) who don't know Warhammer 40K characters. I did go to a local Hobbytown USA and saw one of the employees painting up a bunch of figures and he explained that the reasons the Citadel paints are expensive ($16USD for spray primer! :blink ) was the durability of the cured paint needed for wargaming and the self leveling quality needed when brush painting.

Regards,

They look good!! I don't know squat about Warhammer stuff but I know nicely painted figures when I see 'em :D :D

Thanks Tom.

Saul, the little guy is a ork gretchin, kinda like a minion. :D

I hear you about some of the Citadel products. I've never bought their aerosol products. I stick with Duplicolor primers.
