A New Japanese Sanding Tool (one can make) - I have a NWSL True Sander though

I have found you need to be careful with trusting extrusions to be square. With a number of the things I have made, the 90° angle of the extrusions are usually a bit off. The extrusion that they are using to hold the sandpaper is probably more accurate.
It is a good idea, but to actually get it to work the way they are illustrating it, the accuracy needs to be spot on.

I'm left thinking how long before the squareness is off from use and how to restore it. At the moment, when I use my NWSL True Sander, I find myself going slow, rotating the parts, and constantly checking.
