Started on the trainwagon and the Miniart Cargoshed, the wagon only needs painting now.
This is the first miniart house i build and it's a little tricky to figure out how to put everything together, but i managed to get the basic structure together in a day.

Thanks Mike & Saul :)
It will take some filler to fix the corners and window holes, thinking of cut away and glue a new styrene frame around the windows and door, to make it fit better around the frames.
If anyone has good pics of electric installations from around 30's 40's europe then i would be very glad if you posted them here or a link to them :D

Excellent! Not easy at all to clean up the parts from Mini Art buildings, but great detail! :popcorn

All the best!!!

Thanks Ron & James! and Happy birthday Ron! :drinks (a little late but hey :D :dance

Very nice! I got a MiniArt destroyed building kit from Iron Mike, and it gave me quite a few fits getting it assembled, looks like you had a much easier time w/ the construction than I did.

Thanks Adam :)
Well it's a question about being able to hide the mistakes i guess hahaha
Working on the floor right now, but i must do something about the window and door openings....

The door and window openings are difficult areas, I ground mine down as smooth as I could get, filled the joint with Squadron Green putty, then used Mr Surfacer to add a little texture. Looking good! (y)

Here is my small progress, put the windows in and put some new styrene around the dooropening (now the door fits) also fixed the stair, but i put it on the side instead of to the left of the plattform.
also scratched a railing :D

Is there someone here that have a good way of making either corrugated steelroof or "eternit"plates?
Had some roof tiles from plusmodel sitting on the shelf, but when i opened them most of them were just small pieces and dust! :stinker
