T-34 and german mortar team

Seen the 'real dirt technique' many times in the German model magazine KIT.
If your not happy with the outcome you can still use washes and/or dry brushing,ofcourse the ground work has to be completely cured then.

Come to think of it,it might also work with pigments. :hmmm

I did some more detailing and added the stripes to the collars (not my favourite thing, i always mess it up)

More pics tomorrow and i hope to start painting the third guy then, next weekend it's a show in Ransart and i would love to have this finnished then :idonno :bang head

Added rope handles and finnished painting the ammoboxes, thought about doing markings on the top, but i found that they had it both with and without, and i didn't find any good decals either :(
