Zimmerit tool

Anyone have any advice on selecting a zimm tool for the waffle pattern zimm? I think Mig makes one and I was wondering if there are any others out there that anyone had experience with. Any help appreciated as I have a Stug. III Ausf. G waiting and I want to try the whole zimm thing out.

I've not tried the waffle pattern, but the Pz IV type and I like it; it's not difficult to use. My tools was from AFV Club, but theese ones, from LR seems better:

Luckymodel has the second in stock and the first available; both cost....hmmm..30 US$ or something

Actually the're considerably cheaper than that.

The AFV Club tool only does the regular "ridged" pattern, and so is inappropriate for "waffle pattern" - it costs $6.24 + 0.44 shipping to the US.

The basic Lion Roar unit is similar and as standard also only does ridged pattern. (12.99 inc shipping) However there is a set of additional rollers/heads available which will provide four additional patterns, including the dimpled waffle pattern. However, this set of rollers/heads is an additional $16.29. (Requires the handle in the "standard" set - I guess that takes the price up to nearly $30.00)

Regarding zimmerit tools (Waffle effect) has you said previously MIg Productions has one, it was cheap dont recall the price but surely under $10
