cammo smocks ,pak 40, para dome covers.


SS para artillery ? never heard of them.
 
They are Fallshirmjager. I think by the terrain maybe Sicily or southern Italy like Anzio.

Have to agree with James,Fallschirmjäger on the Italian front,the light colored trousers on the guy at right are a clue for that.

It's not a PAK 40 by the way,but the 50 mm calibre PAK 38 as I noticed by the gun shield.
