The subject is a VAB 4x4 Command Post with the unit name or Objat and a nickname of War Dogs.
At the moment, this is the only 1/35th scale polystyrene kit of the subject. Let's take a look inside the box.

Raised 'panel lines' for the hatches?
Vinyl tires...YUVK! My French friend was able to help me acquire the relevant Blast Models sets for this kit:
I am expected to cleanly cut a large section of the roof to add this piece!
Many of the parts don't seem to have a great upgrade in details...
Instead of removing the entire engine bay hatch in the hopes the resin plug would fit, I decided to simply open all the vents, and while at it, remove the oversized hatch hinges and fill in sink marks (there are many):
I simply added nuts that were more in scale than the resin pieces.
I actually have both the interior and exterior sets:
