This isn't a build- i found this looking for info on sub deck guns, this is the story of the USS Lagarto that was sunk in 45 by a depth charge- 86 men died, she now rests in the Gulf of Siam in the South China Sea. The site is a US war grave today, so it's controlled by the US Navy.
