Gene the Under New Management Campaign rule is no What Ifs, it sure was real ask Saul pointed out. There were several schemes, not just US. I missed the yellow bands around the tan ban, and with my luck with masking lately,,,it'll have to do.

You could paint blank decal paper and cut it into the strips needed...
