U. N. Management - Wolf in sheep's clothing - Done

Under New Management - Wolf in sheep's clothing

Back onto this one.

Markings and crosses applied by using Miracle Masks, Swastika will have to be decals as I screwed up the size,, not by much but enough to be too large for the tail area.

Here is the black on with the chevrons removed ready for the white

Here is the "Messerspit" finished, the only real bad part of the kit was the small rear canopy which was too wide and high when I went to glue it,
then i broke it trying to close it up :bang head sanded it down after a not that good repair, at least it now sits flush instead of sticking up like a pop up camper wagon extension!.
Apart from that this was a enjoyable and interesting project, I may do another of these captured birds a bit later on.

a little footnote, Bernard Scheidhauer of the Free French Air Force who was flying this aircraft was one of the fifty who were shot and killed for their part in The Great Escape from STALAG LUFT 3.

A great build Phil, that'll get them looking at the next show won't it? :rotf

You think they will ding ya for having the wrong engine on it? :facepalm

Thanks Bob, no worries, it 's slated for the open section if they can't decide which category - Allied/Axis ;)
