Trumpeter 1/48 Cessna A-37B Dragonfly

Nice work so far Steve. A very interesting model.

Have you considered the Uruguayan Air Force scheme? This is one rare bird as well (they are still in service but beginning to be replaced with Embraer A-29 Super Tucano).

Cheers

Alex

Thanks, Guys. I 'm not exactly sure what they called this camo pattern, too far back to remember exactly. It's hard to get a straight answer using multiple search engines, but I'm betting Saul's librarian would have access to that intel, HA! He can find it, he can find anything.;)

I agree. I had never heard of this little bird before going to DM, AFB, Arizona for tech training. It was a different world on this midget compared to the waist level or above the head missile loading on the F-15. As mentioned before, it was quite an experience switching from 15's to this, and if you were 6' or better, it was even more fun. I just remember those two incentive rides were a blast and I think this would be the perfect family jet to have in the driveway.

Next up, as promised to my lovely bride, American Indians. My collection is small comparatively, but there's enough there to learn the flesh tones in decent form. She chose the Andrea's Miniatur's Sioux Loading Carbine. I think she picked it because of the pretty pony. Great, I also get to learn how to paint horses, and I've never done one of those either. This will be interesting.

Now that I've got my research work cut out for me, time to get to work. Maybe I'll get one of these done before New Years. Ya, right.
