I took the plunge and splurged on a new figure today. Scale 75s Kitty Rheimer

I have read a few Steam Punk novels lately and so this intrigued me. Question is has anyone else read Steam Punk and if so is this figure based on a particular character? If so which books please.

James

Wow what an awesome looking figure, when I mean figure I mean figure and not actually her figure although her figure is really nice, ahem,..............

Anyway, yes, great looking model

Photo review please as I am looking at those steampunk stuff more and more lately

That's better than the steam punk stuff I've seen at the recent contests! Rock on, James! :ro:

I have mine coming from the UK, but Colorado Miniatures sells it http://www.coloradominiatures.com/SC75-SP002.aspx and I think Red Lancer. I just find Red Lancer hard to navigate. There are two others in the series so far.
Reason I got mine from the UK is because I got a good deal on another figure I really wanted, a
Byzantine Draconarius, 6th Century.

75mm would make it what, about 1/24 scale? Looks like a very nice figure, detail looks pretty good. Is it resin or white metal? Wouldnt mind seeing some unpainted pics.

I've really been wanting to get into doing figures, and there are a lot of very nice female fantasy figures to choose from.

White metal Adam. Here are some video reviews.

Looks like a pretty nice kit, I like the detail. Looks like they chose natural seam lines to join the parts which is always very nice to see. That parasol though looks like it could be problematic w/ such a small joining area in her hand.
