Next step I put some transparent layers of 3B AU

A coat of glossy varnish, paint the number

Transfer the decals

Then a coat of satin varnish and we're ready for filters and oil dots :)

38AU is a paint code. Mig Jimminez did a really nice treatise on Russian paints and it can be found here.

I decided to put a little thing near this monster... A tiny tankette T-27 :)
So the final weathering will be done later.
 
Man it's been a long time since I've seen a Roman build., Way to go guy, this is looking phenomenal as usual. I also did one of these in 1/72 scale for my Russian Army. I'll keep watching this with interest.
