Huge! Nice work Terry!

One question....I see this thing had two rows of tracks and you mentioned the winch thingy on the back was to help remove the outer tracks. Were the outer set of tracks powered or just attached for extra weight distribution? could both outer sets of tracks be removed entirely from the tank (say for transport) kinda like removing the outer sets of wheels and installing the narrow tracks on a Tiger I???

Yes they are powered and yes they were removed for transport. The extra tracks were towed behind when not in use.

A decal would probably work better at this size. That being said the masks are perfectly made it's just my fat fingers that can't seem to make them happen.
