Saw something interesting a while back about the Midget Subs the Japanese used. They say this photo shows proof that one sub did make it in the harbor and fired it's torpedoes, see the rooster tail up in the left center. They made a convicing case that was the sub. It was also a known secret that one of the subs were trapped by the USS Nevada when she beached at Hospital Point.
