snorkel on Syrian/Desert T-62's and soviet tanks?

Anyone know if they pulled them off? Seems that they would...have not been able to find pic evidence either way - any help appreciated!
 
This is listed as a Syrian T-62. And you can even check the cool map thingy to see where it is sitting at.

These are all listed as Syrian T-62's, and they all have the snorkel storage tube still on the back of the turret. There is also one more thing to consider here. That is that there might not be a snorkel in the tube, but the crew is using the tube to store other things. You can never tell what a tank crew will use to store something in a dry place

Thanks! When we first got the 105mm Abrams, one of my buddies was one of the first crews to transfer into it, and when later guys would ask what the storage bins on the commander's side were for he would ALWAYS retort "Cookies and ice cream...what else?"
