I have to squeeze a lot into a small space in the attic. I sheetrocked and installed exhaust fans, just wished I put in a sink at the time, but I wasn't thinking ahead.

Just reworked the hobbyroom with a "new" bench

And it is a big improvement compared to the old one that we shared, now that will be Veerle's bench

I know, running water is the one thing I would love to have in my garage. Getting the water there is not the problem, draining it would be.

Neither would have been a problem, the soil stack is right behind the wall and the water pipes are in the same chase immediately below the room. I know because I had to cut out the cast iron stack and replace it with PVC all by my idiotic lonesome. Hands down the nastiest job I had to pull off as a homeowner. :evil:

The only reason why I didn't run the water was when I did all that work, I was finishing the attic off as a playroom for the kids, I hadn't discovered modeling as an adult yet. I did that about a month after I closed everything up. At least I ran heat, cable and phone.
