I started some new builds and went to some old ones.

New is my Hasegawa 1/32nd scale Ki-84 possibly for the Dave Harper GB, a surprise for Laura to see in the Blitzkrieg GB when I reveal it, and work was done on both the Cuban M4A3E8 as well as the gun jeep. Soon, there will be four new reviews published to include Dr. Mike's glue (not Lightning Bond yet), Flakvierling book from Nuts and Bolts, Inside the Armour photo-etched bits, and Turbine 1/48th scale Su-27 Intake and Exhaust covers in PE.

Yes, I know:
:nopics

Regards,

Lets see. My router died or at least the wifi side. The copper side was flaky. Got up in the morning and the site was down. Went to work and have no idea where the day went. Bought a new router and got it all set up. Looked at a F-104 in 1/32 and the conversion kit to make a dual. Looked at the F-5 and conversion. Looked at my bench. Got my laptop running and am now looking at what Bob needs. Wish my eyes would stay open.

stared holes in the air, read a bit in a book (non modelling related), discussed the forum issue with bob, returned to my halftrack and almost finished it, watched television ...

pics in the according thread when i'm done with the HT ...

Did stuff all because of a really bad back.

Interested in some of the changes since the upgrade. Coloured buttons. New profile stuff - will that stay? And whats the Karma for?

Only minor issue is with the ribbons in the signature. Can't seem to get them to display side by side.

Oh, and so far no login issues.... :)

basically the karma is good for nothing - you have the option of adding or removing karmapoints to/from other users ... look below your avatar e.g.

(how the hell did it come to that i have a karma of 1.000??? :blink )

MA was down?

B)

calm down Bob :)

well I've forgotten :hmmm what have I done the last two days :woohoo:

yes, remember - I traveled a lot between bed and toilet, so forget about that ... and the rest I've forgotten, must be because I'm another year dummier than before :silly:

FYI, Bob had to uninstall and re-install lots of components to get the forum back. Yes, the issues ribbon display and Karma have been noted and Bob will get to them after some well earned rest.

Laura, no tank... you will need to read what I wrote in the GB a long time ago.
;)

I worked on some models!

Namely my latest Ma.K. build, cobbled together a small base for my Panzer Kampf Anzug Wapruf(K).

That's cool Ken!

Karma I can take or leave, not doing much with it yet.

I am able to turn off the auto subscribe to topics, so that will slow down the emails from us.

Also got the avatars back in place on the recent view threads.

Lots of stuff has been turned off, likely will stay turned off. I am having to edit the forum setting directly in the SQL database...needless to say, that's not good. But we have a plan, we'll git'er fixed soon.

But in the mean time, heading to NC to meet up with Mike and Chris!

^^ Agreed... Im getting emails everytime someone posts in this or Saul's quarter thread.

*I know I can physically unsubscribe myself but... just sayin'

Glenn I'm envious. was it gotthic or rennaisonce :D
Ken wicked cool
Bob have fun, you deserve it after all the work you did.

As for me apart from what I already said, after talking to MP last night I made a command decision and based on a book I have coming and MrT's Ninak build I ordered a DH 9a and a Pfalz IIIa and decals to do this a/c

Not sure if it was because I was baking in the heat, very tired, or distraught over my forced break from Modelers Alliance.

Let's see, I worked on a model, twiddled my thumbs for a while, thought about calling Moon Puppy to see what happened then thought he has more important stuff to do than talk about it and watched some TV. Glad we are up and running again. Thanks Bob!!

Hahahahahahaha!

Worked all day, came home and worked on my Emil, had a "few" beers and went to bed! :D

Well, since I only model on weekends, I colored a batch of storyboards for a Deadpool movie we're developing. I'd drawn up a sequence only to have it replaced by another, which I finished some weeks ago. I had some free time at work, so I returned to the scene of the crime and am 4 and a half from being finished. By the way, here's some of our work that was recently released.

Star Wars Old Republic Intro

Dyna is doing well- her stitches should come out Tuesday.

Oh, and I bought the Dragon Mistel 2 and a set of kits and components and goodies to make a Mistel 1, all in 1/48. Eduard, Aires, Hasegawa, Dragon- form the state of the late Jeff Harrison.

Well-- my wife and daughter left last night for a weekend horse clinic which leaves me and the boy to let it all hang out. Watched a Batman animated flick last night and after he was in bed, I spent some time with the Stuka Zu Fuss and Ma.K suit...nothing pic worthy yet. Today we are headed down to Hobbytown...then maybe heading to go see Kung Fu Panda 2 and out to eat...am loving this stuff ;)
