Well I wouldn't call them glamor shots - horror kit shots more like........I did not enjoy this kit at all, the decals were very good, that's about it!

Added brass barrels, landing gear down indicators.

Seriously, thanks for sticking with me (on and off) for the almost two years that I've been messing about with this build. Have to say I'm quite pleased with the way it turned-out, not too bad considering that in over forty years of building plastic kits, this is only the second Hurricane that I've ever completed !!

As ever all comments, questions and criticisms are welcome.

Outstanding finish Ian. How did you nail the exhaust stains? Sorry if we talked about it before but I don't remember.

The ususal way, Bob. I spray a very short thin plume of acrylic (Tamiya) 'dirty black' aft of the stubs, then a few passes of Tamiya 'Smoke' for the longer plume, at the end of each pass I lift the nozzle away from the plastic to fade-out the stain. Next I mix a dirty grey/brown and (again) lightly spray behind the stubs and to finish a couple more passes with the 'Smoke' to calm it all down.
