Have the treadplate done on one side, it looks good, it was a little tricky to place but it was worth it

Ok here are the pics, made the 2 platforms for the crew to stand on when they lower/raise the hook (if the screw was there).

Used my Bug for bending the styrene sheet, at the outer corners i glued angle strips for holding them straight.

And here is some pics of the treadplate decals, looks pretty good i think

As you can see some of the resin details came of at the edge but i'm not gonna bother with it, don't think it will show much when it's painted up.

Next step is the wooden boxes for tools and scrap metal weights

It´s an Archer decal.
found it at the show with one of the traders there (had to go thue a whole bunch of decals before i found it!)

Started on the wooden boxes for tools and weights.

Now it's the lid and the the box for the other side to do..... :facepalm

Small update on the wooden boxes, one done and the other missing the lid, that one will be open.
Must also add some hardware, hinges and locks

Back to the bench to scrape some more plastic
