Hello all,
Sometimes I take a dodge from my desert series.
I like some variation, but more important: to lower my stash.
This dio will be situated near Rostov, July 1942, during Operation Blau.
I have this Dragon kit LSAHH (Panzermeyer) and a Panzer IV type F2, Grossdeutschland division.
These units were very close at that time and place.
The PZ IV will receive a yellow camo on the panzergrey, common at the time.
Unusually, I started this time with some figures.
The 3rd figure(tank commander) is an old Tamiya, which I pimped a little.
(Legs are not painted, you can't see them once in the turret)
Because this is my first attempt ever to do SS plane tree camo, it is allright to shoot me !
Be honest and tell me what you think.
Found a typical building from that area:
It's hard to tell the exact dimensions, but there is a truck in front that I built.
So i can go from there, although it will be replaced by the PZ IV.
Compared with other huts, it looks like a communal house or maybe a landlord's.
Another, more shabby:
This is what Im working on, more to come !
Thanks for passing by,
Willem
