As I build my Gotha and while I wait for paint I started this 90mm Figure. Hope I can do it justice.

Ive been looking forward to this James

Paint paint paint, my son, paint

So tell me how the kit went together, any problems ? etc etc etc

Thanks all. Will try and do well on this. Andy, it went together very well. What you see is 7 parts. Right leg is the only part that I really had to think about and how it attached. Lots of little bits still to do. Minimal gaps. I forgot to fill the one on bottom body to top body under sash. Will work on that. Steeling myself to attempt a cold face. The sculpting really captured the look of someone cold hungry and tired. I really wish I had taken a picture in the mirror of some of the few times I've spent out in the elements for prolonged periods. You would be surprised how dead tired you feel and how drawn your face looks when you do work in -40ish weather. Have to try and remember that look and try to capture it in his face.
Probably over reaching my skills but I just want to try.

well if hes going to be in a snowy environment then the flesh tones need to be lighter than normal to mimic the light reflection off the snow and of course don`t forget the red nose :)

Looking forward to it mate

Not much of an update. Got the base and drilled the holes for the pins then test fitting. Gave the face a base coat.
