I could've/should've kept going, but I'm kinda over this build. Got primer on it today, so the finish is near!Wow Tim, that's a lot of detail in there.
I like the 1/16 scale for armour, however it appears to be rejected by the majority of the scale modelling society. 1/35 is still the king.Looking really good Tim! I saw where Andy is doing a 1/16th M113 with full interior for his next big tank. Tempting, but probably going to pass.
Thanks James!Love it. Watching with great interest

Thanks! Time for some Silly Putty masking.Looking great!
1/35th has been out for decades where as the 1/16th scale has been expensive and variety with minimal AM parts. That has been changing in the last few years with Andy and Das Werk coming out with nice 1/16th scale kits that are still somewhat reasonably priced. This means that you can get two Andy or Das Werks kits for the price of one of the Tamiya 1/16th kits, and the Tamiya kits are not as detailed.I like the 1/16 scale for armour, however it appears to be rejected by the majority of the scale modelling society. 1/35 is still the king.
